Thermal Management Design Engineer
Job Responsibilities
1、4、Responsible for developing project technical agreements, battery pack thermal performance indicators including temperature rise, temperature difference, and other indicators;
6、2、Responsible for the design evaluation and reliability research of thermal management components including liquid cooled plates, pipelines, thermal conductive adhesives, support pads, etc;
3、Responsible for developing test indicators, verifying and resolving issues related to the thermal performance of battery pack systems;
4、Responsible for the design of thermal management system components, tracking and auditing the manufacturing and development process of suppliers
5、Responsible for the preparation, proofreading, review, and archiving of general and specialized technical documents for project thermal management components;
Responsible for conducting forward-looking research on thermal management components and products.
Job requirements
1、Full time undergraduate degree or above, with at least 2 years of experience in designing, developing, and managing components of battery pack thermal management systems;
2、Familiar with the functions of the battery pack thermal management system, as well as the layout structure and environment of the entire pack;
3、Familiar with the production and assembly processes and standards of common thermal management components, as well as supplier resources;
4、Having good professional and technical abilities, able to independently or lead a team to tackle key and difficult problems.
